Kevin Zhou

Class: Musicality in Motion (hip hop)

Kevin Zhou started dancing as a hobby during his high school years as a break dancer and freestyler.  Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Kevin moved to Atlanta to attend school at Emory University to pursue a degree in biology, never thinking that he would one day he would become a professional dancer.

After being cast as a dancer in his senior year in the movie "Billy Lynn's Long Half-Time Walk," Kevin began to train professionally as a hip-hop dancer and choreographer after his graduation. Despite having a late start in the commercial world of dance, his background as a street dancer and his music training as a pianist of 8 years helped him excel quickly in the field and capture the attention of many choreographers in the Atlanta area. You can now see him in music videos, national commercials, as well as in movies on the big screen.
