Yoga Stretch for Dancers

Grab your mat and let's get moving! Beginning with centering breaths followed by a specific flow designed for dancers (or anyone looking to increase flexibility and strength), this class will take you on a personal journey. The warm-up consists of a simple breath-to-movement flow which sets your pace. Then it gets creative! Yoga has thousands of postures so every class will be different- all with a focus on balance, alignment and core. Some yoga experience is recommended however modifications will be offered for those who need it, and enhancements encouraged for those working on their next level of practice.

An elongated cool down will help to reset your heart rate followed by a relaxing, well earned savasana. Make the time for YOU and show up for yourself in this class which will leave you present, centered, and invigorated!
