A new twist on our more traditional dancer's stretch classes, in this class experience a flowing modern style floor warm-up consisting of fluid movements that engage the core and concentrate on lengthening the muscles of your extremities.

Easy on the hips and knees, you'll be rolling side to side from laying to sitting positions to elevate your body temperature for optimum stretching. You will gain full body conditioning as you challenge your range of motion, strength and flexibility while moving to an energizing playlist that ranges from the worldly infusions of flamenco guitar, African drum medleys, and soothing instrumentals.
