Need to stretch those overworked muscles? Interested in becoming more flexible? Always wanted to be able to do a split? Join Monique as she leads you in this beautiful productive stretch. Class begins with floor barre sequences and standing plies, quickly moving into core work and conditioning. The hour is topped off with a series of static stretches against a rolling backdrop of beautiful music.  Monique is a former gymnast and later, a salsa dancer.
