Jazz Basics

We love to describe this signature dance 101 class as a "Burn and Learn" experience: a unique concept that marries instruction with a workout. You can have the best of both worlds: instruction and fitness! Tone your legs, abs, glutes and arms in the first 20 minutes, learn/practice stylized jazz steps and turns during the "drills" segment then combine the steps in non-stop choreography that will strengthen your heart and burn calories.
