Cardio Jazz 101

We love to describe this signature dance 101 class as a "Burn and Learn" experience: a unique concept that marries instruction with a workout. You can have the best of both worlds: instruction and fitness! Tone your legs, abs, glutes and arms in the first 20 minutes, learn/practice jazz steps during the "drills" segment (10 minutes) then combine the steps in non-stop choreography that will strengthen your heart and burn calories.  Great for dance newcomers, but also for seasoned dancers looking for a cardio dance workout. Killer playlist will keep you inspired to work that sweat! This class runs on high energy so be ready to move your body!
