Pi-Yo-Da (Pilates-Yoga-Dance)

Welcome to Pi-Yo-Da: a fusion of the best of three worlds: pilates, yoga and dance.. Pilates and yoga disciplines are great cross-training opportunities for dancers who need strong cores, long lean muscles, powerful glutes and great extension. It's a lot to cover in one hour so we'll be mixing things up each week (gotta get it all in!). On some days you'll work pure Romanas mat pilates and on others, you'll be sweating through core strength moves or breathing through Hatha yoga postures.

Every class incorporates a dancer's stretch component with a touch of gentle floor barre to polish. Beautiful playlist gives the finishing touch! Join us for a gentle, yet productive hour that will fly by! Please bring your mat!
