Dancers Stretch & Conditioning
Stretch, move, tone and condition every muscle you've got as your mind quiets down. Dancer's Stretch is such a unique experience... It's yoga, pilates, dance, floor barre and boot camp.... all rolled into a one hour performance. This uniquely blended class begins with an intense body blast of conditioning (arms, shoulders, back, abs, glutes, legs) designed to strengthen and tone and raise your body temperature for optimum (injury free) stretching.
The tempo of the class then slows to a fluid dance of yoga and floor barre stretches, choreographed to a beautiful playlist. Consistent attendance will increase flexibility, improve posture, sculpt arms and shoulders, flatten the tummy - that's the obvious stuff. The real icing on the cake is how good you'll sleep, how relaxed you will leave class and for a hour of your day, you will disconnect from the stress of life and reconnect with some of it's beauty.
