Dear Dancers, Artistic Athletes & Dreamers,

Are you ready to say hello to 2018? As far as dance 101 Alpharetta is concerned, she is arriving with a suitcase of change. We kick off the new year with 9 new classes, 2 class cancellations, one class time change and the cancellation of Friday classes.

Moving into 2018, buckle in. I'm about to give you A LOT of information! We kickoff the month of January with 35 weekly classes. That's a robust schedule!! But, worry not! All these changes have been uploaded to our website schedule, as well as on our App. Ok so here goes:

Friday classes are going away. December 29th is the final day. Beginning in January, the studio will rest on Fridays.

New Classes:

Join me in welcoming Jacqueline Lopez to dance 101!

Most recently an Adjunct Professor of Dance at Palm Beach Atlantic University teaching and choreographing Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and Musical Theater Dance Repertory since 2004, Jacqueline served as Adjunct Artist in Resident Choreographer and Rehearsal Director for the PBA undergraduate performing Ensemble 2013-2015.

Relocating to Atlanta in December 2015 with her family she now joins Dance 101 with 4 new Beginner classes:

  • Leaps, Kicks & Turns Tuesdays 6:30p followed by
  • Beginner Jazz at 7:30p
  • Mondays 12-1p Jazz and 1-2p Dancer's Stretch

"Just wanted to give a shout out to Jacqueline! She has subbed a couple times for Shana’s Jazz class, and she is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t realize that she taught dance on the college level. You can tell- she’s like a professor! She’s so great!" -- Janine Simpson

Club Vibe visionary and founders Ally Ponte and Kelly Schur join our weekly schedule (debuting Jan 8) with two 9:30am classes: Mondays (taught by Ally) and Wednesdays (taught by Kelly).

Sundays welcome a new face: Meghan Perry! She will be taking over Rachel's Sunday timeslot (2:45-4pm) with a one hour, 15 min Beginner Contemporary debuting on January 7th (to coincide with her first Performance Series rehearsal - which is at 4pm). Sunday December 31st will be Rachel's last Sunday class. Thank you Rachel!

I know this is a lot of information! Thank you for reading it all! Please check the schedule for these changes!

Happy Holidays!!

Exercise Your Dreams, Alpharetta!
