I'd like to begin by addressing the rumor... I started. Truth is we, okay I was still half asleep when I announced a Summer show... but after a bucket of cold water, multiple trips to Starbucks and a whole lot of "you want to do what?" we have opted to wait until the Fall to host the next show. But let me tell you... the line-up is going to be solid so go ahead and reserve the week of November 17th -19th because you're going to be busy DANCING in front of your friends and family.

And speaking of family, this Sunday (May 14th) is Mother's Day and not only are we open but we encourage you to bring Mom along with you (and she'll dance for FREE)! Remember when she used to drive you to dance class? Now you can drive HER to dance class! It's the ciiiiiiiircle of liiiiiiiife! #lionking 

Did you all see the bridge construction on 85 will be complete on Monday?! THIS Monday! And based on the commentary I've read (aka the fear of a rushed job), the highway should be wide open for at least the first few weeks haha... sounds like a win-win to me. It's been a long 6 weeks and we are looking forward to the return of your smiling faces; grumpiness from sitting in traffic ain't cute.

Tone & Sculpt Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 12:30-1:05pm
Turbo Dance Fitness Tuesdays 12:30-1:05pm

Introducing The Saturday Slim Down! Three back to back hours so intense that we originally thought about calling it the "Last dancer standing" challenge because... DAMN... weight training + high intensity cardio + nonstop dance fitness = I'm exhausted just writing about it. 

Did I just secretly challenge you? Maaaaybe ;-)
