New Class: Break Through(INS)
For students wishing to move into level 2 classes, we offer you this opportunity: Transitions. Taught jointly by Ofelia and Bubba, this class is divided into 4 parts: Balance and weight shifting, turns, core strengthening and choreographic memory: the four greatest challenges developing dancers face. This is a purely instructional class designed to teach you the skills you'll need to move into our upper level classes with confidence and ability. Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30pm

Sunday 11:30am - Cardio Form Fitness
