With an emphasis on muscle-control, posture, spinal alignment, turn out and extension, Floor Barre is the academics of dance, comprised of exercises that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles. This traditional barre warm-up adds stretching exercises designed for serious ballet dancers, although you don't have to be serious about ballet to look like you are. Arian Keddell leads this exceptional class with a depth of expertise not usually found outside of professional dance company classes. Take the Vintage Ballet class afterwards for a 1-2 punch of poise and grace.
