Beth Del Nero

Classes: Barre & Stretch, Jazz Cabaret
Location: Atlanta, GA

Beth originally hails from the Detroit area and moved down south to Atlanta after completing her bachelor's degree in architecture. After working several years with local architecture firms, Beth felt there was something missing from her life: DANCE. Though she enjoyed some gymnastics and drill team in her youth, her real training began as an adult, beginning with ballet. As the obsession with dance grew, so did the areas of study as she branched out into pointe, jazz, and modern dance.

Beth has trained with and worked for Bacchus Productions under Ginny King, taking on multiple dance styles for corporate entertainment events. Since then she has also performed samba and latin dance with Dance Brasil, corporate events with Stella Entertainment, was a can-can dancer and showgirl at Showbox Nightclub, and was a guest modern dancer with David Dorfman when they were last in town. She currently performs with and choreographs for The Dames Aflame burlesque troupe.

Beth also has several years of training in aerial dance and has been a member of D'Air Aerial Dance Theatre since it's inception. She also teaches teens in the D'Air project's outreach program. Most recently she joined Gathering Wild modern dance company under the direction of Jerylann Warner and performed with them in "27".

Beth is happy to be part of the team at Dance 101!
