A very popular workout among working dancers, Floor barre is a horizontal expression of a vertical barre experience. Using the floor to stabilize the spine, this class will work to improve posture, dance technique (all types of dance not just ballet), extension (flexibility) and increase your power (muscle strength). But don't assume that just because you are on the floor that these exercises are easy! Great playlist, great workout, great dance training... and you've got the lovely Katrina Beek to keep you going.
