Although Yoga is the most well known, there are other great methodologies for acquiring greater flexibility, mobility in the joints and muscular strength. that improves how dancers move by helping to increase flexibility and range of motion through activation of the small muscles around our joints. Combined with deep but gentle floor stretches and core strengthening, each session will move you closer to your flexibility goals and work you out in a gentle manner. Be creative!
