This class will not only introduce you to fun and simple choreography but will also increase your stamina, strength and endurance. This class will also help you develop the memory skills that will exercise your mind as well as your heart - not to mention your dreams of dancing in a music video
(or being THAT person on the dance floor who everyone wants to be!) Thursday's 11:30am, then stay for Stretch at 12:30 for a total body workout. Taught by Camille, who is certified in Exercise Physiologist and group fitness so you know it's going to be good!
