The uniqueness of dance 101 - responsible for the magic created here everyday -is attributed to our faculty and hiring policies. We hire dance teachers and artists to share with others what they are passionate about - not to fill a specific dance genre vacancy. Our teachers teach what they love. While our schedule is at 95% occupancy year round, we are always accepting resumes and are eager to add new class concepts. A few requirements... you must be at least 25 years old. Teaching experience is a plus - otherwise we will train you. You must be passionate about what you want to teach, have a great attitude, be a giver with a desire to serve others. We shy away from professional performers actively gigging (as that interferes with consistent class attendance), as well as dancers looking to develop personal training clients. Reliable transportation is a must.
All submissions are answered within 24 hours and will be followed by an interview and possible audition with our Director of Artistic Development, David Norwood.
